Our Acrobatic workshops have always been our most popular workshops.
Dance Attack Collection are an offical Acro Pad centre, alongside some of the bigget dance school names; Abbey Lee Dance Company, Bird College, IDT, BRICTTArts One & Many more.
In our workshops we bring out all our Acro equitment; AcroPad air track, Bounce pads, Floor mats, Rollers & more! We use this equitment to learn & improve acrobatic / gymnastic moves & tricks.
We always start off our workshops by doing a extended stretching session, where students stretch every muscle from head to toe. We make this stretching time educational & fun.
All attendees must be confident & be willing to be pushed out of their comfort zone.
