Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice of cancellation must be given on all private lessons otherwise the lesson must be paid for in full. Please note that all private lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Any lesson not paid before the scheduled time will be automatically cancelled with no warning. Class plans must be active 48 hours before your dancers first class, any classes attended outside of a dancers plan will be payable in full & will incur a late booking charge of £5 per class. No refunds will be issued if you decide to withdraw once a class plan has been activated. No refunds will be issued if a dancer misses a class. No refunds will be issued for no shows. It is the parent/ guardian sole responsibility to cancel/ reschedule the booking on their app for their dancers credits to be redeemed. Failure to do so, the class credit will be lost & is non-refundable. DAC may cancel a class for various reasons. In this case we will send out an email and update our class app. Check both outlets for the fastest and most accurate information. The cancelled classes will either be rescheduled or a class credit will be added back to your dancers account. Teachers: Teachers are self-employed and rely on providing Teaching Services as their income. Short notice cancellations may result in loss of income if the teaching time slot cannot be filled by a substitute lesson of equal income, as well as incur a facility use payment. Our policy is in place to protect teacher’s livelihood.
